Estrado

Admin documentation

Estrado MCP connector

Mexican court dockets, court documents, official-gazette notices, SAT blacklists and sanctions lists for legal research and due diligence, over the Model Context Protocol. This page is for administrators connecting Estrado to an MCP client such as Harvey.

Connection

MCP server URL
https://estrado.com.mx/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON responses, stateless)
Authentication
OAuth 2.1 authorization code with PKCE (S256). Each user signs in to Estrado and approves the client.
Discovery
https://estrado.com.mx/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp (RFC 9728) and https://estrado.com.mx/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server (RFC 8414). Unauthenticated requests get 401 with a WWW-Authenticate header pointing to the resource metadata.
Client registration
Dynamic client registration (RFC 7591) at https://estrado.com.mx/register, or ask us for a pre-registered client.
Scope
estrado: use of the tools below on the user's own Estrado account.
Tokens
Access tokens last 1 hour; refresh tokens 30 days and rotate on every use. Revocation endpoint: https://estrado.com.mx/revoke. Users can also revoke a client from their dashboard (Aplicaciones conectadas); disconnecting the server in the client does not revoke tokens by itself.
Alternative
Server-to-server integrations may use a Estrado API key as a bearer token instead of OAuth.

Tools

Read-only tools never change anything. The three tools marked writes only change the user's own case watchlist inside Estrado (no external effect); get_updates marks returned updates as seen.
